Cougar Automation named as a Sunday Times Best Company To Work For

Cougar Automation have been named a Sunday Times Best Company to Work For. This award recognises that Cougar Automation is a fantastic place to work.

Clive Hutchinson, the leader of Cougar Automation commented "I am so proud that everyone at Cougar Automation has created such a great place to work. One where people can be happy and fulfilled. And to me, this award means so much as it is based on the views of our people: our ranking came from feedback from our people. They really think this is a great place to work".

The surveys for the award found that Cougar Automation scored highest out of all SME's for people feeling full of beans at the end of the day. The Cougar Cats also scored the company highly for work and life balance, for the fact that they don't have to spend too much time at work, and making sure that work does not affect their health. 

As a Sunday Times Best Company Cougar Automation were featured in a special Best Companies To Work For Awards supplement in the Sunday Times on 2 March 2008.
