Cougar Automation rises to 22nd in the Sunday Times Best Company To Work For list

Cougar Automation has risen to the dizzy heights of 22nd in this years Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For list. This is the third year in a row that the Sunday Times has recognised Cougar Automation as a fantastic place to work.

According to The Sunday Times, Cougar Automation 'gets a top 10 score overall for the sense of Wellbeing people share'. The paper goes on to say, 'colleagues go out of the way to help each other, and an astonishingly high number of staff have never had a bad day at work (a 37% positive score, and another top 10 ranking). Cougar's people aren't slackers though: they care about providing a great service (97%) and many feel they have found their dream job (68%)'.
