Commenting on their site visit to Cougar Automation the awards judges said 'From the moment we arrived until we left, the assessment team were particularly impressed with the genuine passion to deliver great customer experiences that permeated throughout the entire organisation'. In summing up the judges commented 'It is difficult to pick out any serious areas for improvement. Cougar Automation is constantly pushing the boundaries and striving for improvement. Cougar Automation's commitment to service excellence is outstanding'.
Established in 1994 the aim of the UK Customer Experience Awards is to identify and recognise those organisations operating in the UK which are the industry leaders at serving customers. On receiving the award, Clive of Cougar Automation commented that 'This shows just how dedicated our people are at delivering for our customers. We have been finalists in the awards for the last three years in a row and now have been winners twice. This level of success is amazing for such a small company competing in such prestigious national awards'.
