Record Levels Of Customer Satisfaction

2009 saw Cougar Automation set a new customer satisfaction record with 95% of customers rating the service we delivered at least 7 out of 10. This is the sixth consecutive year that this customer satisfaction measure has increased. As well, a huge 63% of customers were so delighted they rated Cougar Automations service as 9 or more out of 10.

Cougar Automation's Leader, Clive Hutchinson, commented 'Since 2004 when we put excellent customer service at the centre of everything we do I have been continually amazed at how our people find more and more ways of delivering ever better service to our customers.
