Service Levels Increase Again
Customer feedback figures for the latest full year show that yet again Cougar Automation has raised the level of service it delivers to its customers. In 2006 80% of customers rated Cougar Automation's service as 7 or better out of 10. This is third consecutive year of increase customer service ratings.
Commenting on the figures, Clive, Cougar Automation's Managing Director said 'These results just show what we have achieved through our Service Excellence strategy. I am very proud of everyone at Cougar Automation for making this happen. These results show great progress towards our vision of all customers being so delighted that they rate us as ten out of ten all the time. Our challenge now is to continue to learn and innovate so that we make our vision a reality.'. |
