Cougar Automation team recognised for their excellence

A project team from Cougar Automation has been short listed for the Team of the Year award in The News Business Excellence Awards. In the last year the team, lead by project manager Donald, has delivered systems to Heathrow Airport, Southern Water and CHEP. One customer recently described the team's support and commitment as ‘Phenomenal’. Another customer wrote 'can you pass on my heartfelt thanks to Cougar for a job well done, the lads are well impressed and the new system has made all our lives that much easier and safer'.

Donald explaining how his team achieve such fantastic performance said that 'we build up a reputation, through thorough understanding of our customer's businesses and the successful work done to date, which allows them to feel confident with the work we undertake with them. We strive to ensure that at all times our customers feel they are getting a high quality product, value for money, and maintain a smooth running relationship through the life of the projects. We strive to deliver solutions that not only exceed our customers expectations, but in an efficient manner for the financial benefit of both our customer and ourselves. We always look for a win/win situation where both us and the customer are happy.'

The award winners, chosen from the shortlist,  will be announced at the Business Excellence Awards dinner in January 2007.
