• Maintain a management system that meets the requirements of ISO9001:2000, and maintain certification as an ISO 9001 registered company via a UKAS accredited certification body.

• Provide the necessary resources and training to achieve our quality objectives

• Regularly review and continually improve our business processes.

The principles of quality management apply to all aspects of our activities, and everyone in Cougar Automation works within the framework provided by the quality management system.
