So, what's this photo all about?

Well, this photo appeared in the special Service Excellence Awards supplement of the magazine Management Today. It illustrates the Cougar Automation tag line 'real people - real solutions'. And what do we mean by 'real people - real solutions'? We believe that successful business is all about people. To be successful at work people have to be allowed to be themselves; to do things their own way; bring their personalities to work. We sum this philosophy up in 'real people - real solutions'. Our people are allowed to be themselves at work and so they can deliver great results for our customers.

So the photo shows some of the passions of our real people: traditional Indian dance for Geetha; surfing for Martin; Karate for Raeph; and skiing for Tony.
