Angela Smith 13th July 2017 Taking the fall for a good cause Share via:Having second thoughts? In early June, our own Glynn Gration did something rather extraordinary. To help out a local mother of two who needed some funding support for life-extending cancer treatment, he went skydiving for the first time. The tandem jump occurred 10,000 feet over Bridlington, and Glynn’s participation contributed to the £25,000 that has been raised so far for the cause. Although Glynn admits to feeling sick from all the turns and spinning … and hoping the chute would open … he says he would definitely jump at the opportunity to go skydiving again. Safely back on terra firma. Yes! The chute opened!
